Vatsalya Concept School is an educational institution and does not sell or deliver any physical products. This policy explains how donations and related acknowledgements are delivered.
1. No Physical Shipping
Vatsalya Concept School does not sell or ship any physical goods. Therefore, no shipping, courier, or delivery of products is applicable to donations or CSR contributions made through our website.
2. Donation Acknowledgement
After a successful and verified online donation, an electronic donation acknowledgement/receipt will be provided to the donor. This acknowledgement may be:
- Displayed on the Thank You page with an option to download.
- Sent to the donor via email (if email is provided during the donation).
3. CSR Documentation
For corporate CSR partnerships, required documents such as proposals, agreements, reports, or acknowledgements will be shared electronically or through other mutually agreed means.
4. Digital Delivery Only
All receipts, acknowledgements, reports, and communication related to donations and CSR projects are provided in digital format unless otherwise agreed.
5. Delivery Time
Donation acknowledgements are typically available immediately after successful payment verification. In case of any delay, you will receive the receipt via email within 24–48 working hours.
