Thank you for supporting the education and bright future of children at Vatsalya Concept School. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully.
1. General Policy
Donations made to Vatsalya Concept School are voluntary contributions towards our educational initiatives and developmental activities. Once a donation is successfully processed and verified, it is generally considered final and non-refundable.
2. When a Refund May Be Considered
A refund or reversal request may be considered only in the following genuine circumstances:
- The same donation was charged more than once due to a technical error.
- An incorrect amount was deducted due to a demonstrable transaction error.
- Payment was debited but the transaction failed or was not completed.
- Any other genuine payment processing error on our side or by the payment gateway.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe your payment qualifies for a refund, please contact us as soon as possible with the following details:

Submitting a request does not guarantee a refund. All requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis and based on our records and applicable policies.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
If your refund is approved, it will be initiated through the original payment method via Razorpay.
The time taken for the refunded amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank/UPI provider.
5. Failed Transactions
If a payment fails but the amount appears to be debited, please do not worry.
Contact us with the transaction details. We will verify the status with Razorpay and your bank and assist you in resolving the issue.
6. Corporate CSR Contributions
Refunds related to corporate CSR contributions or partnerships will be handled in accordance with the terms of the agreement, MoU, or project document executed between the parties.
7. Policy Updates
We may update this Cancellation & Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be published on this page with the revised effective date.
